2/29/2016 – Tulsa, OK — Tulsa police officers, responding to an ad online, arrested two teen girls near a church on felony prostitution complaints last month – one of the girls has a lengthy criminal record. Do police records show a trend of deputized deviance on the part of arresting officers?

According to public records, on Jan. 26, an undercover Tulsa police officer responded to a suspected ad for prostitution posted on Backpage.com. The officer was instructed to meet two girls at America’s Best Value Inn at 1016 N. Garnett (room #238).

When the officer arrived, the young women negotiated a fee of “340 roses” (dollars) in exchange for two specific sexual acts.

As is often the case when a sting involves younger more attractive girls – the undercover male officer didn’t bother to identify himself immediately after the cash for sex deal was made. Instead, deputized deviant, officer Christopher Moudy apparently decided he’d hang around for a teenage sex show as evident in his own written statement…

“I was let into the room and [a teenage girl] along with her partner negotiated a price for not one but two sexual acts. Both the subjects stripped to their underwear and began to kiss.  [One of the teens] removed her bra. I notified them that I was a police officer at that time.” — Tulsa PD Christopher Moudy

*Amazing how that never happens when the arrest involves homeless, older, less attractive, drug addict prostitutes.

Regardless, the now (most likely fully erect and probably only partially clothed) undercover officer identified himself and placed the girls under arrest.

The teens were identified as 19-year-old Latisha Cheyenne Perkins, of Tulsa, and 18-year-old Cheyenne Dawn Lynch, of Sapulpa.

Both teens were booked into the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of felony prostitution and felony computer crimes.

On Feb. 01, the duo was officially charged in Tulsa County with felony engaging in prostitution within 1,000′ of a church.

While no previous adult criminal records could be located for Lynch, these latest charges are apparently nothing new for Perkins.

Court records show that Perkins, at only 19, has already created quite the extensive criminal resume.

In 2014, Perkins (along with a male teen) were criminally charged with burglary, resisting and obstruction after they were caught stealing televisions and a game console from a woman’s apartment. Perkins was given probation – while her co-defendant had to take a conviction. Perkins was still on DOC probation when she was most recently arrested for prostitution.

In Mar. of last year, Perkins was charged with felony prostitution within 1,000′ of a school/church. In Oct. Perkins pleaded guilty to a reduced misdemeanor prostitution charge in that case and was given a one-year suspended sentence – a probation she was still on when she was most recently arrested.

Apparently there is a running theme in the Tulsa police department when arresting teen prostitutes – make sure you get to see them naked before arresting them – as noted in deviant officer Darin Howse’s report…

Perkins was charged in Aug. of 2015 with felony possession of a stolen vehicle and larceny of merchandise from a retailer. In Oct. Perkins was convicted of the reduced crime of misdemeanor joyriding and larceny. Perkins was again given probation and time served.

Just three days after Perkins’ conviction on the above stolen vehicle (joyriding) case, she was arrested and charged once again for the very same crime with another female co-defendant. This case, as reported by local news outlets, resulted in a crash and foot pursuit. That case is still ongoing in the courts.

On Jan. 10 of this year, Perkins (and a male co-defendant) were arrested at their motel after police officers on foot patrol witnessed them smoking marijuana in their room. Criminal charges were filed against both defendants on Jan. 28.

3/10/2016 – Tulsa, OK — There is a new specialized docket court in Tulsa called the Felony Domestic Violence Court (FDVC) – its a first for Oklahoma and only one of 22 in the entire nation.

The FDVC officially began on Mar. 1 in the 14th Judicial District Tulsa District Court. The FDVC is similar to an existing court called the Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Court (MDVC). The FDVC is expected to start being assigned cases in April. When that happens, Doug Drummond and Clifford Smith will be the presiding judges.

The FDVC has been presented to prosecutors and defendants as a more streamlined way to move felon domestic violence cases through the legal system. The emphasis is reported to be on resolving the cases more quickly while ensuring the safety of the victims.

The FDVC is still considered a work in progress and judges and prosecutors are in communication with the University of Tulsa College of Law for assistance.

Defendants who go through the FDVC are subject to punishments ranging from probation to incarceration. The FDVC is reported to be designed to wrap services around and protect victims while addressing issues involving the defendant.

Proponents of the FDVC point to the successes realized by the MDVC when case dispositions were reduced from 160-days to just 80-days.

Offenses that qualify for the FDVC docket include (but are not limited to); assault and battery, human trafficking, maintaining a house of prostitution, engaging in prostitution, pandering, unlawful restraint of a female in a house of prostitution, permitting pandering, transporting a child for the purpose of prostitution and child prostitution.

While JohnTV applauds any effort to expedite criminal cases involving victims of pimps and human traffickers, while also encouraging rehabilitation, we are cautious this is not yet another tool to approach this sort of crime with a hug-a-thug mentality that is commonplace in Oklahoma County.

11/20/2015 – Lawton, OK — Six women were arrested in an online prostitution sting this week in Lawton, according to published reports.

Undercover officers with the Lawton Police Department’s  Special Operations Unit responded to ads posted to the adult section of Backpage.com this past Wednesday.

As each of the women arrived to a predetermined location and agreed to exchange specific sexual contact for cash, they were taken into custody.

The women ranged in age from 21 to 44-years-old and have been identified as;

• Lacy Banicki, 21.

• Felicia Renee Lewis, 30.

The women were reportedly booked into the Lawton City Jail on a criminal complaint of engaging in prostitution.

The Special Operations Unit investigates all vice and narcotics crimes in the area.

3/22/2016 – OKC, OK — A man and a woman from Texas have been charged in Oklahoma County with crimes related to pimping and prostitution in Oklahoma City.

According to recently filed court records, Rachel Crystal Finney was charged with felony computer crimes, possession of proceeds from prostitution, possession of meth, possession of marijuana and offering to engage in prostitution.

Paul Chinedu Okpulor was charged with aiding and abetting prostitution and possession of meth.

Finney, 23, is listed as residing in the 7100 block of Rendon New Hope in Fort Worth, TX.

Okpulor, 23, lists his home address in the 12600 block of Katie Lane in Balch Springs, TX.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed in this case, Finney was arrested first after an undercover officer responded to her ad for prostitution posted to Backpage.com and was directed to come to room 319 at the La Quinta Inn located at 4829 NW Expressway.

When the undercover officer arrived, Finney agreed to provide sexual intercourse in exchange for $200.

Police later located over $2,000 in a dresser drawer, along with methamphetamine and marijuana.

While officers were processing Finney they located hotel room receipts implicating Okpulor as renting the room Finney was prostituting out of and another room he was later located hiding in.

After locating Okpulor, officers reported finding a small baggie containing meth. on top of a dresser in his hotel room.

Finney and Okpulor were both booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.

Online records show Okpulor has prior arrests for theft, forgery, engaging in organized criminal activity, and fraud.

Finley shows to have prior arrests for drug possession, bond forfeiture and probation violations.

3/28/2016 – OKC, OK — Score four more for the good guys. Oklahoma City Police arrested two men and two women last week in the metro on human sex trafficking charges of a local teenager – one female suspect was reportedly hiding drugs in her privates.

According to the Oklahoma County Jail, the following individuals were identified and taken into custody last Wednesday;

1. Devery Jonquil Crisp, 24, Black male, reportedly resides in the 1600 block of NE 39th in OKC, OK.
2. Trevyn Tavarez Edwards, 24, Black male, reportedly resides in the 300 block of NW 119th, OKC, OK.
3. Deeshaena Ann Simpkins, 21, Black female, reportedly resides the 700 block of NE 81st, OKC, OK.
4. Bethena Sue Deuel, DOB 11/13/1976, White female, reportedly resides in the 6000 block of Marlon Ln, OKC, OK.

According to probable cause affidavits filed in Oklahoma County, late last Tuesday evening members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit were investigating escort services advertised on Backpage.com.

An undercover male officer called one of the ads and requested two females. He was told to go to a motel room in NE Oklahoma City.

Shortly before 1 a.m. on Wednesday, the officer met with the two females who negotiated a rate of $200 for sex with both of them. The undercover male officer then placed the women under arrest as additional officers arrived on scene. During their interview with the females, it was learned that one of them was only 17-years old and listed as a runaway out of Norman.

One of the females allegedly told police that two black males and a white female were directly involved in their prostitution efforts. The female went on to tell officers that the trio was in a rented red four-door vehicle with California tags.

Surveillance officers in the area located the vehicle and pulled it over after observing the driver commit undisclosed traffic violations. All three occupants of the car were placed into investigative detention.

The driver was identified as Trevyn Edwards, the front passenger was Devery Crisp, and the backseat passenger was Bethena Deuel.

Officers reportedly located a key card in the vehicle that went to the room where the juvenile was located. Additional evidence implicated Edwards as being the one who received the proceeds from the prostitution efforts of the female teen and adult prostitute.

Crisp was identified has a co-conspirator who helped Edwards recruit the teen and adult female.

When officers confronted Deuel, she admitted that she had rented the motel room and that she had marijuana hidden inside her vagina.

All four were booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on human trafficking complaints. Edwards and Crisp were also booked in on transporting and recruiting females for the purpose of prostitution.  Deuel was also charged with possession of marijuana. Simpkins was also charged with felony computer crimes and offering to engage in prostitution.

The teen’s identity has not been released.

Edwards’ criminal resume includes a 2014 deferred sentence for possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of criminal proceeds and possession of an offensive weapon while committing a felony. Edwards has a current misdemeanor case for threatening an act of violence.

Simpkins has two current cases listed in Oklahoma County. One for a 2014 charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of malicious injury of property.

No adult criminal record could be located for Crisp or Deuel.

3/29/2016 – Midwest City, OK — Police conduct a prostitution sting on a Midwest City massage parlor – resulting in the arrest of one employee who was formally charged earlier this month.

According to jail records and a probable cause affidavit, on Dec. 3, of last year, Midwest City police officer Frank Valley – of the Special Investigations Unit – went in undercover to the Blue Ocean Massage Parlor at 1800 S. Air Depot Blvd. to see if he could get himself a hand job find any evidence of criminal activity.

Officer Valley was met in the lobby area by two Asian females. He told them he’d like a one hour massage on the tax payer’s dime.  One of the females told him it would be $60 and walked him to a back room.

According to officer Valley’s report, “approx. 30-minutes into the massage, [the defendant] told me to turn over and I complied. After a few minutes, [the defendant] poured some oil on my right leg and started rubbing my leg. [The defendant] then moved her hand up my leg and underneath the towel that was covering my genital area. She attempted to massage my genital area and I immediately broke contact and notified other investigators.”

The woman was identified as 44-year-old Yijie Wang. Wang was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on a $500 bond for prostitution.

On Mar. 14, Wang was formally charged in Oklahoma County with misdemeanor engaging in prostitution.

Wang’s next court appearance is set for Apr. 21.

No other criminal record could be found for Wang.

3/29/2016 – OKC, OK — An Oklahoma City woman was arrested for aiding in the prostitution of a teenager, police requested human trafficking charges to be filed – the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office instead chose to pursue lesser charges.

According to court records, back in June of last year, members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit were investigating adult services suspected to be fronts for prostitution advertised on Backpage.com.

A male undercover officer replied to one of the ads and was directed to 2919 NW 122nd in Northwest Oklahoma City. Public records show that address at the time belonged to the Weigh of Life Massage Center.

The undercover Vice officer arrived around 4 p.m. on Jun. 18, and was met by a woman later identified as Wendy Valdez-Guardiola, 32. The undercover officer was offered a two-person massage to be performed by Valdez and another woman. When the massage ended, Valdez allegedly offered the undercover officer masturbation for $100 more – to be performed by the other woman in the room.

The undercover officer then identified himself and placed both females under arrest for prostitution.

While processing the two females it was learned that the other woman was only 17-years-old.

Police also located $270 in the business that they seized as criminal proceeds.

Valdez was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on criminal complaints of human trafficking, prostitution, possession of criminal proceeds, and computer crimes.

In Oklahoma the statute on human sex trafficking a minor is clear – “Human trafficking for commercial sex means: recruiting, enticing, harboring, maintaining, transporting, providing, purchasing or obtaining, by any means, a minor for purposes of engaging the minor in a commercial sex act, or benefiting, financially or by receiving anything of value, from participating in a venture that has engaged in an act of trafficking for commercial sex”

For unknown reasons, when formal charges were filed on July 2, the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office (under the “leadership” of DA David Prater) did not include the human trafficking charge – instead charging Valdez with the lesser offenses of offering to engage in prostitution, possession of criminal proceeds and computer crimes.

Dropping the human trafficking charge means that Valdez no longer faces five years to life in prison and fines up to $100,000.

From the Oklahoma state statute on human trafficking: “Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term of not less than five (5) years or for life, or by a fine of not more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.”

Valdez was released from custody after posting a $17,500 bail.

Court records show that Valdez missed her Mar. 7, court date and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Valdez was located and returned to custody by members of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office on Mar. 22.

Valdez’s previous bond was revoked and her new bond set at $54,000 – which she apparently had no trouble posting just four days later.

When Valdez was arrested for the sex trafficking of a local teen, she was already charged in Oklahoma County with felony forgery in the second degree.

3/30/2016 – OKC, OK — A woman working online as a prostitute is accused of participating in the robbery of her ‘John’ and then stabbing him multiple times – leaving him for dead.

According to a search warrant filed yesterday in Oklahoma County, last Oct. an unidentified man living in Oklahoma City contacted a woman advertising herself as a prostitute on Backpage.com. The woman agreed to come to the man’s home at 3201 N. Maloney Dr., “with the intentions of performing sexual favors for money for the home owner.”

After the woman arrived, she and the homeowner sat in the living room sharing a cigarette and beer. After negotiating the amount the homeowner would pay for the sex act, the woman excused herself to retrieve a menthol cigarette from her car.

Allegedly the home where Kimberly Banning robbed and stabbed her ‘John’ in 2015.

The homeowner followed the woman and was subsequently attacked from behind by an unknown male in front of his residence.

While the homeowner was attempting to defend himself from the attacker, the woman allegedly produced a knife and began repeatedly stabbing the homeowner.

The homeowner collapsed on the ground with life threatening wounds as the woman and the male attacker fled the scene.

Investigators were able to locate DNA at the scene of the crime and sent it to their lab for analysis.

On March 22, the results of the DNA test came back and were entered into the FBI Federal DNA Database. The results came back with a match for 29-year-old Kimberley Anne Banning. Court documents list Banning’s home address as an apartment in the 6800 block of NW 16 in Oklahoma City.

Yesterday a Detective with the Oklahoma City Police Dept. located Banning in the Oklahoma County Jail – where she was being detained in regard to a Sept. 2015 conviction for DUI, driving with a suspended license and obstructing an officer.

The Detective, armed with a search warrant, took buccal swab DNA samples of Banning for conclusive comparison.

Banning has a 2012 conviction for DUI and driving with a revoked license.

Charges have not yet been filed in regard to the prostitution, robbery and stabbing incident – most likely awaiting the outcome of the DNA comparison.

The lesson here boys and girls is that nothing good ever comes from Backpage.com.

4/4/2016 – A Woodard man, who used to work for the Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections, was arrested earlier this year in Oklahoma City for soliciting street prostitution. He was officially charged with the crime last week.

According to court records, members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit were conducting a sting near SW 43 and S. Robinson Ave. back on Feb. 4th of this year. That is when police claim 69 year old Doyle George Ford of Woodward rolled up and allegedly solicited an undercover female police officer posing as a street prostitute.

It was around 6:30 p.m. when Ford allegedly offered the undercover female officer $40 in exchange for oral sex.

Ford was then stopped by surveillance officers and taken into custody.

Last Thursday formal criminal charges were filed against Ford in Oklahoma County court. Ford now faces a misdemeanor offering to engage charge.

According to Ford’s publicly accessible Facebook page, he is married with at least one child.

In a bit of irony, Ford posted this to his own Facebook wall less than 24-hours before his prostitution arrest (and his wife responded in kind – the next day, and just hours before her husband’s arrest)….

4/5/2016 – OKC, OK — A Norman man arrested last year for soliciting prostitution from an undercover female police officer has been officially criminally charged in Oklahoma County.

Back on Dec. 8 of last year, members of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit were conducting a prostitution sting online – wherein they posted an ad that appeared to be authored by a local female prostitute.

According to police, Stephen “Steve” Lee Rhea, 59, replied to the faux ho’s ad and was instructed to drive to the Quality Inn & Suites located at 4200 W. Interstate 40, in south Oklahoma City.

After Rhea arrived, he knocked on the door of room #223.

After entering the room, police allege that Rhea offered $100 to the female undercover officer in exchange for oral sex.

Rhea was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.

Rhea listed a home address in the 2200 block of Donna Drive in Norman.

According to a Google search and Rhea’s publicly available Facebook profile, he’s single, studied at the University of Oklahoma, has been married a couple of times, has at least three sons, may possibly work as an umpire, and owns the ultimate midlife crisis mobile – a new Corvette…

Oh, and of course… He considers himself a “faithful Christian.”

On Jan. 29 of this year, Steve Rhea was officially charged in Oklahoma County with misdemeanor offering to engage in an act of prostitution.

Rhea’s next court date is set for April 14 at 8 a.m. in front of Judge Hall.

4/5/2016 – OKC, OK — A Oklahoma City man faces criminal charges after allegedly offering an undercover female officer cash for sex in online prostitution sting.

Back on Dec. 16 of last year, undercover officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit were posing as female prostitutes on the website Backpage.com.

According to a court records, around 9 p.m. Christopher “Chris” Breaunte Winfield, 26, replied and was directed to a room at the Microtel Inn & Suites located at 624 S. MacArthur Blvd. in south Oklahoma City.

After Winfield arrived, he allegedly offered the female undercover officer $80 for oral sex.

The female officer identified herself and Winfield was taken into custody and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.

On Jan. 26 of this year, Winfield was officially criminally charged in Oklahoma County with misdemeanor offering to engage in an act of prostitution.

Winfield’s next court date is set for Jun. 9.

Winfield listed a home address in an apartment complex in the 14900 block of N. Penn Ave., in Oklahoma City.

No other information about Winfield could be located.

4/12/2016 – OKC, OK — A Edmond man and the Oklahoma City female teen he was pimping were arrested last year on prostitution and drug complaints. The teen recently pleaded guilty to felony charges while her pimp awaits his day in court – the teen was previously identified as a human sex trafficking victim in a earlier case.

Back on Jan. 15, 2015 undercover officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit and members of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Human Trafficking Unit were conducting stings targeting suspected prostitution being advertised on Backpage.com.

According to court documents, an OBN agent responded to an online ad and was directed to go to the Hampton Inn, near W. Memorial Rd. and N. May Ave.

Around 10:30 p.m. the undercover agent arrived and knocked on room #304.

Upon his arrival, additional officers providing surveillance on the motel noticed a black male suspiciously circling the parking lot in a silver four-door vehicle. The driver appeared to be keeping an eye on the room the undercover officer was told to go to and possibly watching for police.

After the undercover agent entered the room, the young woman requested a fee of $260 in exchange for sexual services as she removed a small quantity of marijuana from inside her bra. The agent handed over the cash and the female acknowledged that she had condoms available.

The young woman was taken into custody and identified as 18-year-old Bailey Driggs of Oklahoma City.

Officers approached the black male acting suspicious in the parking lot and detained him. The man was identified as 31-year-old Lashawn A. Tyner of Edmond.

Tyner told the officers he had a room in the motel and produced a key. The key went to room #304. When officers reviewed checkin information, it was confirmed that room #304 was rented in Tyner’s name.

Tyner also was found to have 30 grams of marijuana on him, along with a small scale and $572 in cash.

Also noted in the probable cause affidavit is that Tyner had in his possession a counterfeit $100 bill.

Both Tyner and Driggs were transported and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.

Tyner’s bond was set at $40,500 and Driggs’ at $3,500. Both were able to post bail relatively quickly.

On March 27, 2015 both Tyner and Driggs were formerly charged in Oklahoma County. Tyler was charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of criminal proceeds and aiding and abetting prostitution.

Driggs was charged with felony computer crimes, offering to engage in prostitution and possession of marijuana. Driggs has no prior adult criminal record – but has been arrested for prostitution as a juvenile.

Both Tyner and Driggs’ bail were increased when they failed to appear in court.

Tyner’s bail was revoked and reset at $81,000 and Driggs’ was reset at $7,000. Driggs posted her bail, while Tyner sat in jail for three months until a judge agreed to lower his bail back down to $40,500 – which he promptly posted and was released from custody (again).

On March 15, 2016 Driggs appeared before Oklahoma County Judge Timothy Henderson and entered a negotiated delayed sentencing plea of guilty.

This means that Driggs has been ordered to report to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for intake into the out of custody RID program. Driggs’ bond was reduced to O.R. and sentencing has been delayed until Sept. 20, 2016. Driggs has been ordered to provide proof of I.D. and present pay stubs confirming employment and one clean UA test.

Tyner’s next date with the judge is set for May 11, 2016.

Tyner was on a deferred sentence for a 2013 guilty plea to felony charges of possession of Xanax with intent, possession of criminal proceeds, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and carrying a firearm while under the influence of drugs. That deferred sentence is now under review for revocation.

Tyler’s last known address was a rent house in the 1200 block of NW 138th in Edmond – very near the motel where he and Driggs were arrested.

While this is JohnTV’s first report on Tyner, it is not the first time we’ve covered Driggs.

Back in July of 2014, JohnTV reported on another local scumbag pimp named Kylan Letrail Gilmore, 25, of Oklahoma City.

In that case, Gilmore was busted and eventually charged with the human sex trafficking of Driggs – who was only 17-years-old at the time.

We reported on Gilmore and Driggs again in May of 2015 after Gilmore pleaded guilty to his human sex trafficking charge and was sentenced to only four-years in prison.

As for Driggs – some will call her a victim. A young naive teen who was coerced into selling her body to any number of strangers per day, all for the benefit of her much older pimp(s). Others will see Driggs as simply a criminal, who, because of her youth, has been able to take advantage of a system sympathetic to juvenile offenders.

I’d argue she falls somewhere in between.

She certainly is too immature to realize the devastating impact her actions are going to have on her physical and mental health – not to mention the obstacles she is placing before her with a criminal record. Was she failed by her parents? Was she failed by the judicial system? Is she just hell bent on failing herself despite the attempts of others?

Social media shows she lives a double life through two totally separate Facebook accounts – that of a teen trying to figure life out, who at the end of the day just wants the love of her mother and to be happy….

4/13/2016 – OKC, OK — A Warr Acres man busted having sex with a Robinson Ave. prostitute by JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates is formally charged with the crime.

Back on Jan. 26 of this year Bates witnessed several women engaging in street prostitution along south Oklahoma City’s notorious South Robinson Ave.

Just before 3 p.m. a white Ford F250 pickup truck stops and a known older Caucasian female jumped into the passenger side of the truck.

The truck then drove directly to a field located on the southeast corner of SE 44th St. and S. Eastern Ave.

Bates parked his vehicle and approached the truck on foot – with his camera rolling.

Bates opened the truck’s passenger side door to confront the older male driver and the street prostitute.

As the truck speeds away you can see the woman grab her dentures off the dashboard and put them back into her mouth.

A copy of the video, along with a written report, was turned over to a member of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Vice Unit for investigation.

The driver was identified as 72-year-old James Lee Black. Black’s address is listed in the 6900 block of N. Lake Front Dr. in the Twin Lakes addition of Warr Acres in NW Oklahoma City.

Yesterday formal criminal charges were filed against Black in Oklahoma County for a single misdemeanor count of engaging in an act of public lewdness.

The female street prostitute has yet to be identified.

4/26/2016 (updated 4/28/2016) – OKC, OK — If the television series Sanford and Son ever did an episode where Fred Sanford hires a prostitute (picture Aunt Esther) and then goes all gangster just before “here comes the big one”, it would have played out just like a scene did earlier this month is NE Oklahoma City.

According to court records (see actual records at the bottom of this article), back on April 17, 87-year-old Robert Alexander (aka Fred Sanford) contacted 41-year-old Kellee Tyler (aka Aunt Esther) and had her come over to his home in the 1300 block of NE 45th. Once there, Tyler claims she ate a little lunch, did some shots of alcohol, smoked a little pot and agreed to have sex with Alexander for $200.

Unfortunately for Alexander, he wasn’t quite ‘up’ for the task and couldn’t, rise to the occasion. So, in true Fred Sanford style, Alexander tries to renegotiate their deal down to just $100.

Tyler agrees and the two head off in separate cars to a convenience store at NE 50th and Martin Luther King Blvd. so Alexander can get some cash.

Tyler apparently knows how sneaky Alexander can be, so she blocks his gold colored 1999 Chevy Tahoe with her 2004 red Pontiac Grand Am so he can’t get away without paying her.

Tyler claims that Alexander exited the convenience store and hoped into his Tahoe. Tyler then leaned into Alexander’s driver’s side window to get her money. That’s when Tyler claims that Alexander produced an “old school .38 caliber snub nose” and hit Tyler over the head.

Alexander allegedly got out of his Tahoe, approached Tyler and shoved her backwards. Tyler wasn’t haven’t none of that and wanted her Benjamin, so she pushed Alexander back – causing him to drop the pistol.

Tyler then did some super secret ninja move and was able to kick the fallen pistol away from Alexander. Tyler picked up the pistol and then proceeded to get in her car and try to drive away. That’s when Alexander went back to his Tahoe and grabbed another gun. Alexander then pointed the gun at Tyler and fired – striking her in the arm. Alexander then took the pistol Tyler had taken from him and fled the scene.

Tyler called 911 and reported not only being shot by Alexander, but also gave the details of their alleged prostitution arrangement.

Its when police went to Alexander’s home to arrest him that he pulled off his best Fred Sanford impersonation yet. Yep, you guessed it…. He clutched his chest and exclaimed, “this is the big one!”

Okay, I have no idea if he did any of that – but Alexander did reportedly suffer a heart attack when confronted by police.

Police reportedly had to perform CPR on Alexander while waiting for paramedics to arrive.

Alexander was transported to the hospital where he was admitted into their ICU.

Police report seeing a pistol and spent casings in plain view inside Alexander’s Tahoe.

UPDATE: Looks like Alexander won’t be facing any criminal charges. According to a public Facebook post by Tyler on April 27 – Alexander died in the hospital.

No prior criminal history could be found for Alexander.

As for Tyler, her felon criminal resume includes three VPO’s filed against her late last year and some charges and convictions for drug possession (marijuana and cocaine).

In a social media post, Tyler claims that her gunshot wound required two steel rods to be surgically placed in her arm.

Oh…. and Tyler gave a shout out to JohnTV via a posted link, but claims she ain’t no prostitute (okay, how about entrepreneur?)….
